THE GLOW STANDARD™ — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in The Glow Standard™ (“Membership,” “Program,” or “Services”), you (“Member,” “You”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not purchase or participate.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Marcella Cardinal, operating under The Glow Standard™ and Dominique International, LLC and Non-Surgical Youth & Beauty Clinique LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

2. NATURE OF THE MEMBERSHIP

The Glow Standard™ is an online educational membership, delivered through membership.io, including but not limited to:

  • Pre-recorded educational content

  • Monthly live group sessions

  • Access to a private online community

  • Educational demonstrations and general guidance

No Individualized Advice

The Membership does not include personalized skin assessments, treatment plans, or individualized recommendations.
Individualized advice requires booking a separate, private consultation at the member rate.

3. PAYMENT, BILLING & RENEWALS

A. Payment Processor

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not store your payment information.

B. Membership Options

You may enroll in:

  • Monthly subscription, or

  • Annual subscription

C. Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate until cancelled by you in your membership.io account.

D. No Refunds + No Prorated Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer:

  • Refunds

  • Partial refunds

  • Prorated refunds

  • Credits

  • Transfers

  • Retroactive cancellations

This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

E. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel at any time.
When you cancel:

  • Your current billing cycle remains active

  • Future payments will stop

  • You will retain access until the end of your paid period

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason

4. ACCOUNT ACCESS & SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login.
Sharing login information or content with others is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Membership content is the exclusive property of The Glow Standard™, including:

  • Videos

  • PDFs

  • Slides

  • Live-call recordings

  • Protocols

  • Demonstrations

  • Frameworks

  • Text, images, brand assets, and training materials

You May NOT:

  • Share, copy, download, or distribute content

  • Screen-record or screen-capture content

  • Post content outside the membership

  • Claim content as your own

  • Use content to create your own program

  • Use content for business or commercial purposes

Violation results in:

  • Immediate termination without refund

  • Legal action

  • Potential recovery of damages, attorney’s fees, and injunctive relief

We take IP theft extremely seriously.

6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY

The Glow Standard™ community is designed to be a supportive, respectful environment.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Bullying

  • Harassment

  • Hate speech

  • Discrimination

  • Criticism, shaming, or hostility toward any member or the Company

  • Combative or confrontational behavior

  • Disrupting the community or live calls

  • Spamming, soliciting, or self-promotion

  • Creating drama or escalating conflict

Zero Tolerance

Any violation may result in immediate removal from the Membership and community, at our sole discretion, with no refunds, including no refunds on annual plans.

We reserve the right to ban you permanently.

7. DISCLAIMER OF PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP

The Membership is for general educational purposes only.

You acknowledge that:

  • We are not providing medical, dermatological, or individualized treatment advice.

  • Participation does not create a client-provider relationship.

  • You should consult your own licensed professional before acting on any information.

8. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

From time to time, the Company may recommend products, tools, or services and may use affiliate links that provide a commission or other compensation if you make a purchase through those links. These recommendations are provided based on our personal experience and professional judgment; however, we make no guarantees about the performance or suitability of such third-party products.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Company may earn commissions from affiliate partners.

  • You are not obligated to purchase anything through these links.

  • Any affiliate relationship does not influence the educational content provided inside the Membership.

  • The Company is not responsible for your experience with third-party products, services, or companies.

By using or purchasing through any affiliate link provided within the Membership, you accept that the Company may receive compensation at no additional cost to you.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your participation.

  • We make no guarantees regarding results, improvements, or outcomes.

  • You assume full responsibility for your actions and decisions.

10. TERMINATION BY THE COMPANY

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for:

  • Violations of these Terms

  • Community misconduct

  • Sharing or misusing content

  • Payment failures

  • Fraud or suspicious activity

No refunds will be issued.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION — ARBITRATION

Except for claims involving intellectual property theft, which may be pursued in court, all disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida.

You waive the right to participate in class actions.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

​

13. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Membership constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
